Students discover Shift2Zero innovations at Łukasiewicz – Poznań Institute of Technology
Students from two vocational schools in Poland had the opportunity to connect logistics theory with real-world research and innovation at the Łukasiewicz – Poznański Instytut Technologiczny. Visits took place on December 2025 and January 2026, welcoming learners from the Centre for Vocational Education and Business in Gorzów Wielkopolski and the Centre for Vocational and Continuing Education No. 2 “Elektronik” in Zielona Góra.
The visits began at the Wyższa Szkoła Logistyki, where students engaged in introductory activities, before moving on to the Institute for a closer look at applied research.
Damian Dubisz, Senior Logistics Development Specialist, presented ongoing R&D projects within the Logistics Research Group, including Shift2Zero together with GreenTurn, and CRISTAL projects. His session highlighted how applied research is shaping modern supply chains, from concept to practical implementation.
These interactive sessions gave students a comprehensive view of how European research projects like Shift2Zero are conceived, implemented, and tested, demonstrating the crucial role of innovation in advancing zero-emission, intelligent logistics systems.
