To optimise fluctuating demands and types of deliveries, in this pilot Diakinisis will test the multi-temperature controlled, dynamically optimised and energy-efficient cargo body, which can accommodate dry and refrigerated products.

The pilot will also test the concept of geofenced N1 right-sized vehicles for safe driving in restricted urban areas, as well as the swappable concept box and integrated control strategies. The integration with the Thessaloniki’s Digital Twin will allow for optimal transportation network design and dynamic traffic management, supporting strategic planning for fleet, space, and operational characteristics of provided services.
